Removing your listing

If you already own your listing, then just email us at contact@totkare.com from the email associated with your account.

Privacy Controls

We value our privacy, we value yours. At the same time you want the business to be found by parents. Here are a few things we do to help on the privacy front:

You control if you want to display your exact address. You will still be findable but if you do not want then your address would not be displayed.
Your email is never shared with anyone, others can contact you through the website.

Ability to respond to review

It's common to allow parents to add their reviews. But that is only a one sided story. To provide a balanced view, we also allow providers to respond to the reviews publicly. This could be a simple thank you message or a clarification of an issue.

To respond, you can simply visit the reviews page. You will see a link to login and respond to the review.

We are parents ourselves, and our own experiences were the reasons we started totkare.com. Totkare is a free resource and we intent to keep it that way. At the same time there are over 140,000 providers listed on the website.
